Account creation is only available at our physical branches. Visit us today!
  • Complete a membership application form
  • Purchase at least one share (10,000 FCFA)
  • Pay a building fee (5,000 FCFA)
  • Pay stationery fees (3,500 FCFA)
  • Submit 2 passport-size photos
  • Provide a copy of your National Identity Card
  • Provide your Taxpayer Registration Certificate
  • Provide the name of your next of kin
  • Once completed, your account is opened promptly and access to mobile/online banking is provided.

FEMOSCCUL aims to promote financial empowerment, sustainability, and community development by providing easy access to loans at low interest rates while encouraging savings and responsible financial management.

Membership is open to everyone, including individuals, groups, associations, businesses, and institutions.

To join FEMOSCCUL, you must:
  • Complete a membership application form
  • Purchase at least one share (10,000 FCFA)
